Statutory Instrument 173 of 2024. [CAP. 18:25] Warehouse Receipt Act (Substitution of Schedule) Notice, 2024 THE Minister of Lands, Agriculture, Fisheries, Water and Rural Development, in terms of section 29 of the Warehouse Receipt Act [Chapter 18:25], hereby substitutes the Schedule to the Act by the following: — “SECOND SCHEDULE (Sections 2 and 31) AGRICULTURAL COMMODITIES (a) Grains and Oil Seeds 1.
