Statutory Instrument 19 of 2010. (CAP, 15:03 Medicines and Allied Substances Control (import and Export of Precursors and Certain Chemical Substances) (Amendment) Regulations, 2010 (No. 2) IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Health and Chiid Welfare has, in terms of section 74, and after consultation with the Authority in terms of section 38, of the Medicines and Allied Substances antenl Mat tb peter 166921 made the fallausing ceonletionc Control Act [Chapter 15:03], mace the following regulations:— 1. These regulations may be cited as the Medicines and Allied Substances Control (Import and Export of Precursors and Certain Chemical Substances) (Amendment) Regulations, 2010 (No. 2). 2. The Third Schedule to the principal regulations, published in Statutory Instrument 56 of 2008, is repealed and substituted by the following— “TrrD SCHEDULE (Sections 5, 6 and 7) FEES Fee Item . US$ 1. Application for an import or export permit . 2 2... | 50,00 2. Application for extension of an import or export permit 50,00 3. Consignment verification . .......... . 05% of the Cost, Insurance and Freight (CIF) value.” 3. The Medicines and Allied Substances Control (Import and Export of Precursors and Certain Chemical Substances) (Amendment) Regulations, 2008 (No. 1), published in Statutory Instrument 184 of 2008, are repealed. Supplement to the Zimbabwean Government Gazette dated the 29th January, 2010. Printed by the Government Printer, Harare. 49
