AnimJI Health (lmvirt) (.-\menJmcnl) Rcgubtkns. 1999 (No. 5) IT is hereby notified that the Minist~r of Lands and Agriculture has. in terms of section 5 of the Animal Health Act (Chapter 19:01]. made the folbwing rcgu!Jtioos: ,. I. Tb,·se regubtions rilay be cited as the Aninial H,:i.lth (Import) (Amendment) Ri,gulations (No. 5). 2. Section 4 of the Animal Health (1mport) Regulations, 1989. published in StatU\ory Instrument 57 of 1939 (hereinafter called "the principal regulations") is amcnde<l in subsection (\) by the insertion after "import into" of "or transit through". 3. &.-ction 6 of the principal rcgulaticos is amended by the repeal of (a) paragraph (b) of subsection 2; and (b) subsection (4). 4. Section 7 of the principal ri,gulatioos is amended by the deletion of "P.O. Box 8012" an.d the substitution of "P.O. Box CY 66".
