1. This Order may be cited as the Mines and Minerals Title Development (Mining Rights and Non-Mining Rights) Order, 2010.
2. The Second Schedule to the Act is amended in paragraph Amendment 2- Second Schedule (a)by the deletion, in subparagraph (l), of the words "by 30th September, 2010' and the substitution therefor of the words' by 30th September, 2011 ;' and (b) by the deletion in subparagraph (2) of the words 'after 30th September, 2010' and the substitution therefor of the words "after 30th September, 2011 ' .
3. The Mines and Minerals Development (Mining Rights and Non-Mining) Order, 2010, is hereby revoked. M. MWALE, LUSAKA Minister ofMines and, 11 th November, 2010 Minerals Development [MMMO.5I7/l] Copies of this Statutory Instrument can be obtained from the Government Printer, PO.Box 30136,10101 Lusaka Price K1,000 each
