Environmental Management (Amendment) (No. 10 of 2013 281 GOVERNMENT OF ZAMBIA ACT No. 10 of 2013 Date of Assent: 13th December, 2013 An Act to amend the Environmental Management Act, 2011. [ 19th December, 2013 ENACTED by the Parliament of Zambia. I. ( 1) This Act may be cited as the Environmental Management (Amendment) Act, 2013, and shall be read as one with the Environmental Management Act, 2011, in this Act referred to as the principal Act. (2) This Act shall come into operation on 1st January, 2014. 2. The First Schedule to the principal Act is amended in paragraph 7 (a) by the deletion in clause (b) of subparagraph (l) of the word" fees"; (h) by the insertion, immediately after subparagraph (2), of the following new subparagraph: (3) The fees collected under this Act shall fonn part of the general revenues of the Republic.; and (c) by the renumbering of subparagraphs (3) and (4) as subparagraphs (4) and (5), respectively.
