GOVERNMENT OF ZAMBIA STATUTORY INSTRUMENT NO. 69 OF 2006 The Control of Goods Act (Laws, Volume 23, Cap. 421) The Control of Goods (Import and Export) (Agriculture) Regulations, 2006 IN EXERCISE of the powers contained in regulation 3 of the Control of Goods (Import and Export) (Agriculture) Regulations, the following Order is hereby made: 1. This Order may be cited as the Control of Goods (Import and Export) (Agriculture) (Amendment) Order, 2006 and shall be read as one with the Control of Goods (Import and Export) (Agriculture) Order, in this Order referred to as the principal Order. 2. The Second Schedule to the principal Order is amended by the insertion in the appropriate place of the item set out in the Appendix to this Order. APPENDIX (Paragraph) Sugar M.
