No. R. DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH FOODSTUFFS, COSMETICS AND DISINFECTANTS ACT, 1972 (ACT NO. 54 OF 1972) THE REGULATIONS UNDER THE FOOD, DRUGS AND DISINFECTANTS ACT, 1929 (ACT NO. 13 OF 1929): REPEAL The Minister of Health. has in terms of section 15 (1) of the Foodstuffs. Cosmetics and Disinfectants Act, 1972 (Act No. 54 of 1972) hereby repeals the Regulations Relating to the following products promulgated under the repealed Food.
