Regulation 5 of the regulations is hereby amended by the insertion in paragraph (e) of sub-regulation (2} after the words '"by the South African Qualifications Authority" of the following words: ··or equivalent qualification.". Amendment of Regulation 6 of Regulations 3. Regulation 6 of the regulations is hereby amended by the insertion in paragraph (b) of sub-regulation ( 1) at\er the words "by the South African Qualifications Aulhority .. of the following words; ··or equivalent qualification.".
