STAATSKOERANT, 26 OKTOBER 2012 No. 35808 37 GENERAL NOTICES ALGEMENE KENNISGEWINGS NOTICE 853 OF 2012 DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE, FORESTRY AND FISHERIES FERTILIZERS, FARM FEEDS, AGRICULTURAL REMEDIES AND STOCK REMEDIES ACT, 1947 (ACT NO. 36 OF 1947) PROHIBITION NOTICE REGARDING THE ACQUISITION, DISPOSAL, SALE OR USE OF AGRICULTURAL REMEDY CONTAINING ENDOSULFAN I, Tina Joemat - Pettersson, Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries acting under section 7bis of the Fertilizers, Farm Feeds, Agricultural Remedies and Stock Remedies Act, 1947 (Act No. 36 of 1947) hereby prohibit, as from 01 October 2012, the acquisition, disposal, sale or use of an agricultural remedy containing endosulfan.
