STAATSKOERANT, 31 MEI 2013 No. 36512 3 PROCLAMATION by the President of the Republic of South Africa No. 14, 2013 COMMENCEMENT OF THE MINE L AND PETROLEUM RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT ACT, 2008 (ACT NO 49 OF 2008). In terms of section 94 of the Mineral and Petroleum Resources Development Amendment Act, 2008 (Act No. 49 of 2008), I hereby determine that the said Act shall come into operation on the rh of June 2013.
