MARINE LIVING RESOURCES ACT, 1998 (ACT NO. 18 OF 1998) AMENDMENT OF REGULATIONS PUBLISHED IN GOVERNMENT NOTICE R. 1111 OF 2 SEPTEMBER 1998, AS AMENDED The Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries has under Section 77 of the Marine Living Resources Act, 1998 (Act No. 18 of 1998), made the Regulations as set out in the schedule hereto. SCHEDULE Definitions 1.
