/ No. 825 G09-158983-B STAATSKOERANT, 6 AUGUSTUS 2009 NO.32480 17 6 August 2009 PORTS REGULATOR DIRECTIVES IN TERMS OF SECTION 3D{3} OF THE NATIONAL PORTS ACT, 2005 (ACT 12 OF 2005) I, Gloria Tomatoe Sel'obe, Chairman of the Ports Regulator, In terms of section 30(3) of the National Ports Act, 2005 (Act 12 of 2005), hereby Issue and publish the Directives developed bV the Ports Regulator relating to the proper pel'formance of the functions of the Ports Regulator. The Minister of Tl'ansport has concurred with the Issue of these Directives.
