NATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT ACT, 1998 (ACT NO. 107 OF 1998) AMENDMENT TO ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT REGULATIONS LISTING NOTICE 2 OF 2010 I, Bomo Edith Edna Molewa, Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs, hereby amend the Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations Listing Notice 2 of 2010 published under Government Notice R545 in Government Gazette 33306 of 18 June 2010 as amended by Government Notices R660 in Government Gazette 33411 of 30 July 2010 and R1159 in Government Gazette 33842 of 10 December 2010 under section 47A(1)(b) read with section 24(2),24(5) and 24D of the National Environmental Management Act, 1998 (Act No. 107 of 1998), in the Schedule hereto. In this notice "the Notice" means the notices published by Government Notice No. R. 545 of 2 August 2010, as amended by Government Notices Nos. R. 660 of 30 July 2010 and R. 1159 of 10 December 2010. Amendment of Appendix 1 to the Notice 2. Appendix 1 to the Notice is hereby amended by the addition of the following item after item 26: "27.
