S.R. 2013/2 SAMOA FORESTRY MANAGEMENT ACT 2011 ORDER FOR FEES I, FAAMOETAULOA LEALAIAULOTO TAITO DR. FAALE TUMAALII, Minister of Natural Resources and Environment, pursuant to Section 19(1)(b) of the Forestry Management Act 2011 (the Act), MAKE THIS ORDER to set fees under the Act as follows: Application Form - $5.00 Forestry Harvesting License - $7.77/cubic meter ($0.22/cubic foot) Forestry Harvesting Permit - $2.59/cubic meter ($0.07/cubic foot) Dated this 31 st day of January 2013. signed: (Hon FAAMOETAULOA Lealaiauloto Taito Dr. Faale Tumaalii) MINISTER OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT 4 Forestry Management Act 2011 2013/2 Order for Fees Issued under the authority of the Regulations Ordinance 1953.
