Water Supply (Amendment) Act No 28 of 1993 Commencement: 23 December 1993 REPUBLIC OF VANUATU WATER SUPPLY (AMENDMENT) ACT NO. 28 OF 1993 Arrangement of Sections 1. Amendment of section 22 of Chapter 24. 2. Commencement. Assent: 17/12/93 Commencement: 23/12/93 WATER SUPPLY (AMENDMENT) ACT NO. 28 OF 1993 An Act to amend the Water Supply Act. [CAP 24]. BE IT ENACTED by the President and Parliament as follows: AMENDMENT OF SECTION 22 OF CHAPTER 24 1. Section 22 of the Water Supply Act [CAP 24] is amended by repealing subsection (2) and substituting the following subsection: "(2) The terms and conditions of any agreement or Contract entered into under subsection (1) shall be subject to the provisions of this Part." COMMENCEMENT 2.
