International Trade (Fauna and Flora) Regulations [Cap 210] Commencement: 11February 1991 Order 2 of 1991 ARRANGEMENT OF REGULATIONS* To provide for the forms of permits, fees and matters connected therewith. 1. Interpretation In the Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires: "Act" means the International Trade (Fauna and Flora) Act [Cap. 210]; "Convention" means the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora; "Management Authority" means the Environment Section of the Department of Physical Planning and Environment, Ministry of Home Affairs. 2. Form of application for a permit Every application for the grant of a permit shall be made to the Management Authority in the form set out in Schedule 1 and accompanied by a fee of VT 200. 3. Form of export permit An export permit granted in accordance with the provisions of section 4, 8 or 12 of the Act shall be in the form set out in Schedule 2. 4. Form of import permit An import permit granted under the provisions of sections 5, 9 or 13 of the Act shall be in the form set out in Schedule 3. 5. Form of re-export permit A re-export permit granted under the provisions of sections 6 or 10 of the Act shall be in the form set out in Schedule 4. 6.
