REPUBLIC OF VANUATU FISHERIES ACT [CAP 315] Fisheries Regulations (Amendment) Order No. S8' of2012 In exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection 79(1) of the Fisheries Act [CAP 315], I, the Honourable JAMES NGW ANGO, Minister of Agriculture, Quarantine, Forestry and Fisheries, make the following Order. 1 Amendments The Fisheries Regulations Order No. 28 of 2009 is amended as set out in the Schedule. 2 Commencement This Order commences on the day on which it is made.
