Article 2.- To assign the Mini.st(y at Agriculture and Rural Development to continue performing the following tasks: To use up the Dutch Government's non refundable aid capital (Euro 5,675,000) and adjust necess~ry investment contents, using the IDA's non-reh.mdable a.id capital and loan capital (SOR 15,900,000) and the Vietnamese Government's reciprocal capital (USO 5,616,000) on the principle of ensu(ing the compatibility wUh the project's set objectives and the contents already signed and agreed 1.-1pon with donors as well as the Agriculture and Rural Development Ministry's petitions in Official Dispatches No. 126 CV/8NN-HTQT of January 30, 2004 and No. 170 CV/DALN-WB1 of Februa,-y 18, 2004. Article 4.- This Decision takes effect alter its signing. The ministers, the heads of the mlnisteriaHeve! agencies, the heads of the Government-attached agencies and the presidents of the People's Committees ot the provinces of Binn Phuoc, Oak Nang, Oak L.ak, Kon Tum, Dong Nai and Lam Doog shall have to implement this Decision.
