This Decision prescribes the tasks, poWers:and organizational structure of the Cadastral Research Institute, takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette and replaces th.e Natural Resources and Environment Minister's Decision No. 18/ 2003/QD-BTNMT of December 29, 2003.
