Article 2.- This Decision takeseffect 15 days after its publication in "CONG BAO." To annul the regulations on enhancing inspection of aquatic products exported to the US and Canada in the Minister of Fisheries' Decision No. 29/2005/QD BTS ofNovember l, 2005. THE MINISTRY OF FISHERIES DECISION No. O1l2007/QD-BTS OF FEBRUARY 13, 2007, ON THE INSPECTION OF AQUATIC PRODUCTS EXPORTED TO THE US AND CANADA THE MINISTER OF FISHERIES Pursuant to the GovernmentsDecree No. 43/ 2003INDCPofMay 2, 2003, defining the junctions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry ojFisheries; Pursuant to the Prime Minister s Directive No. 37/2005/CT-TTgojOctober 28,2005, on a number ofmeasures to enhance management ofchemicals Article 3.- The Department for Aquatic Product Quality, Safety and Hygiene and Aquatic Animal Health shall announce and guide aquatic production and business units to implement the provisions of agreements signed between the Department and competent authorities of importing countries. Article 4.- The director of the Office, heads of departments, inspectors, andheads ofunits under the Ministry, directors ofprovincial/municipal Fisheries Services or provincial/municipal Agriculture and Rural Development Services in chargeoffisheriesas well as enterprises processing and exporting aquatic products shall implement this Decision.
