Article 2. Implementation provisions The import licensing to cell phones shall comply with the Ministry of 1nfonnation and Communications' Circular No. 14/201 1ITT BTTTT of June 7, 2011, dct ai l ing t he Government's Decree No. 12/2006/ND-CP of January 23, 2006, for goods subject to the management of the Ministry of Information and Communications.
