OFFICIAL GAZETTE Issue nos 01.Q2IJune 2009 (Cong Bao nos 279-28O!June 3, 2009J THE MINISTRYOF FINANCE Circular No. lOO/2009ffT·BTC of May 20, 2009, promulgating the bracket of daily-life cleanwater prices Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 11812008lND-CPofNovember27, 2008, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry ofFinance; Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 17012003/ND-CP of December 25, 2003, detailing a number ofarticles of the Ordinance on Prices; and Decree No. 75/2008lND-CF of June 9, 2008, amending and supplementing a number ofarticles ofDecree No. 170120031ND· CP; Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 11712oo7/ND-CPofJuly 11, 2007, on clean water production, supply and consumption; The Ministry of Finance promulgates the bracket of daily-life clean water prices as follows: Article 1. Topromulgate the bracket of daily life clean water prices (inclusive of value-added tax) for resident households according to the Appendix to this Circular. Article 2. Based on the principles and methods of determining clean water prices under the guidance of the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Construction and the Ministry of © VIETNAM L.AW & LEGAL FORUM Issue nos 01-o2/June 2009 (Cong Bao nos 279--28OIJune 3,2(09) OFFICIAL GAZETTE 47 Agriculture and Rural Development and the price bracket prescribed in Article 1 of this Circular, provincial-level People's Committees shall decide on specific daily-life clean water prices to be applied in their localities. Article 3. This Circular takes effect 45 days from the date of its signing. All previous stipulations which are contrary to this Circular are annulIed.
