Resolution of Oliy Mazhlis2 of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the rocedure of Enforcing the Law on Rational Use of Energy The Oily Mazhlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan has decided: 1) The "Law on the Rational Use of Energy" shall be in force as from the date of its publication. 2) The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan shall bring governmental decisions into accord with the "Law on the Rational Use of Energy", and ensure the revision and cancellation by ministries and institutions of their regulations that are inconsistent with this law. 3) Until having brought all legislative acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan into accord with the "Law on the Rational Use of Energy", effective legislative acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan shall remain applicable in their part not inconsistent with this Law.
