3084 Cap. 226.] Game (Preservation and Control) L.Ns. 61 of 1949. 135ofl95L l of 1953. 261 of 1954. 153 of 1963. THE GAME (PRESERVATION AND CONTROL) ACT. Statuto:ty Instrument 226-5. Declaration Of Close Season. (Section 32 of the Act). It is hereby declared that there shall be a close season during the period commencing on the 1st April and expiring on the 30th September in each year and that during such close season it shall be an offence-~ (a) to hunt duck, geese or teal, or to take the eggs and young thereof, throughout Uganda; (b) to hunt guinea-fowl, or to take the eggs and young thereof, within Teso, Bukcdi, Bugisu, Scbci and Busoga; (c) to hunt francolin or guinea-fowl within Buganda.
