THE ANIMAL DISEASES ACT. Statutory Instrument 38—6. The Animal Diseases (Fumigation) Rules. (Under section 20 of the Act.) 1. Citation. These Rules may be cited as the Animal Diseases (Fumigation) Rules. 2. Persons and vehicles subject to fumigation. Any person in charge of any vehicle or any person travelling in a vehicle or otherwise on the roads set out in the Schedule to these Rules shall enter the fumigation houses mentioned in the Schedule and shall submit himself or herself and the vehicle to the fumigation process. 3.
