THE ANIMAL DISEASES ACT. Statutory Instrument 38—1. The Animal Diseases (Declaration of Animals) Instrument. (Under section 1(a) of the Act.) 1. Citation. This Instrument may be cited as the Animal Diseases (Declaration of Animals) Instrument. 2. Declaration of animals. It is declared that the following animals shall be included in the term “animals” for the purposes of the Act–all species of apes and monkeys, psittacine birds, rats, mice, guinea pigs and all other rodents.
