Law No.1033-XIV of 1999 on export duty rates for seeds of some oil plants

The Law of Ukraine On Export Duty Rates for Seeds of Some Oil Plants As amended according to the Law of Ukraine N 2555-III of June 21, 2001 Article 1. This is to approve the export duty rates for seeds of the following oil plants: Goods Code according the Goods Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity Description of goods according to Goods Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity Export duty rates in % to the customs value of goods 120400900 Linseed, whether or not broken 17 120600900 Sunflower seed, whether or not broken 17 120799990 Only flax seeds 17 (Article 1 in wording of the Law of Ukraine N 2555 – III of June 21, 2001) Article 2. Final Provisions 1. This Law comes into force on the day of its publication. (clause 1 of Article 2 in wording of the Law of Ukraine N 2555 – III of June 21, 2001) 2. The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine establishes, on a monthly basis, indicative prices on seeds of oil plants specified in this Law, taking into consideration prices of these seeds existing at the international market. Seeds, brought outside the customs territory of Ukraine, shall be sold at prices not lower than the indicative prices fixed by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine President of Ukraine L.
