THE INSTRUCTION OF THE STATE COMMITTEE OF UKRAINE ON LAND RESOURCES FROM 20.12.1997 "ABOUT ORGANIZATION OF CREATION THE CADASTRAL REGISTER" On fulfilment of the decree of the Cabinet council of Ukraine from December 2, 1997 № 1355 " About the Program of creation of the automized system management of the state land cadastre " and with the purpose of creation of a uniform information basis management of the state land cadastre charging in to responsibility: 1. Of the chairman of Republican committee of Independent Republic of Crimea on land resources and uniform cadastre, chiefs regional, Kiev and Sevastopol urban managements of land resources in 10-day's term to prove Structure and contents of the cadastral register of the automized system of management of the state land cadastre to regional, urban sections (managements) of land resources and land-cadastral centres and office (increases). 2. To the chiefs of local state bodies of land resources to supply the tax and accruing of the indicated information at fulfilment of works on cadastral and other kinds of land use for creation of a uniform information basis of management of the state land cadastre. 3. The control of fulfilment of this instruction I leave behind myself.
