Legal Supplement (Part JI) to the Zanzibar-Taozan ia Gazette, Vol. LXXXV!ll No. 5173 of 19.th May, 19~ THE PUBLIC ENTERPRISES DECREE, !978 THE ZANZIBAR FISHERIES CORPORATION ORDER, 1979 1N. EXERCISE of the powers vested under section 3 (1) of the Public Enterprise Decree, T978. the following Oraer is hereby puol1shed or the establishment of the following Corporation with particulars as set out hereunder: L.N. 6 of 1979 tr 1. (1) There is hereby established a Corporation to be known as the Establish Zanzibar Fisheries Corporation (Shirika la Uvuvi) which shall:- c~~o~!tion. (a) have perpetual succession and a common seal; {b) in its corporate name be capable of suing ~and being sued; (c) be capable of purchasing and otherwise acquiring any movable or immovable property. (2) The authorised nominal capital of the Corporation shall be Shs. 6 million. (3) The Head Office of the Corporation shall be situated in the township of Zanzibar. 2.'
