These Regulations may be cited as the Wildlife Conservation (Commercial Game Photography) Regulations. 1974 and shall come into operation on the lst (L1Y of December, 1974. 2. A commercial photography permit issued under section 36 of the Wildlife Conservation Act, 1974 shall be in the form set out in the First Schedule to these Regulations. 3. Every licensing officer issuing a commercial game photography permit shall advise the applicant of the penalties for unlawful hunting and desirability of applying for and obtaining a game licence or permit for the hunting of animals should tho applicant also wish to hunt animals: Wildlife Conservation (Commercial Game Photography ~~~~~~ 117 [Subsidiary] Provided that non-compliance of this regulation by any licensing officer shall not constitute a deference in any subsequent prosecution of the applicant for any offence. 4.
