GOVERNMENT NOTICE No. 506 published on 15/9/95 THE FORESTS ORDINANCE (CAP. 389) ORDER Made under section 17(1) THE FOREHS (RESERVED TREES) ORDER. 1'J95 I. This Order may be cited as the Forest (Reserved Trees) Order, 1995 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on the first day of July, 1995. 2. All trees of the species specified in the first and Second columns of the Schedule hereto, having a girth specified opposite to such species in the third column of the schedule, are hereby declared to be reserved in respect of all unreserved land throughout Tanzania Mainland. 956 Forests (Prohibition of Harvesting in Catchment Forests) C.N.
