No. 308 of 2009 1. These regulations may be cited as the Fisheries (Amendment) Regulations, 2022 and shall be read as one with the Fisheries Regulations, hereinafter referred to as the “principal Regulations” and shall come into effect on the 1st day of July, 2022. Other Fishery Products 750.00 USD 1000.00 USD 2000.00 USD “Citizen company” means an entity which is wholly owned by a Tanzanian or all owners, shareholders, directors or partners are Tanzanians; “Non-Citizen company” means an entity in which one or all of the owner(s), shareholder(s), director(s) or partners are not Tanzanians; “Large Scale processor” means a processor with Certificate of Incorporation issued by BRELA and the owner(s) is registered as Directors, and has an approved fish processing establishment; “Small Scale processor” means a processor with Certificate of Registration of a business name issued by BRELA and the owner(s) is recognized as a proprietor, and has an approved fish establishment or entered into legal agreement with an approved fish establishment for processing or storage of fish and fishery products;’ (b) deleting Part H and substituting for it the following: “H.
