A permit to convey or move timber shall be as in the Form FIX"!II of permit. in the Schedule to these Rules. S<h,csJJc. 3. Such permits shall be issued by the authorised officers of ~~~ "Proclaimed Districts" and t?y such persons as the Conservator of . Every permit mu~t be returned to the person issajng the same withiil'fifteen days.of the date of expiry of suc~~p~jtor within such further period as tbe person issuing the same may cause to be endorsed on the said permit and any person acting in con trav.ention of these Rules is liable to a fine of four hundred doilars. 6. Any authorised person may refuse to issue a further permit to any person who faBs to return a permit previously issued by him, if such person does not account for his failure to return such permh.
