G. 17.6.1938. I.C.2. BANANA (EXPORT CONTROL) ORDER made under section 3 1. This Order may be cited as the I.C.2 Banana (Export Control) Order. 2. The exportation from Trinidad and Tobago of the plant known as the I.C.2 Banana, other than the fruit thereof, is hereby prohibited except under written permit obtained from the Chief Technical Officer (Agriculture) who may in his discretion grant or withhold the issue of the permit.
