LAWS OF TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO MINISTRY OF LEGAL AFFAIRS www.legalaffairs.gov.tt Animals ( Diseases and importation) Chap. 67:02 21 DISEASES OF ANTh:IALS (VETERINARY EXPORT CERTIFICATES) REGULATIONS *deemed to he made under section 13 [Sn b•idiary] 128/1949. [6 of 1993]. l. These Regulations may be cited as the Diseases of Citation. Animals (Veterinary Export Certificates) Regulations. 2. Por every veterinary export certificate issued by a Government Veterinary Officer the following fees shall be charged: (a) For a ce1tificate in respect of horses, including racehorses, broodmares and stallions (h) For a certificate in respect of small farm animals, including sheep, swine and goats (r·) For a certificate in respect of a consignment of birds (i) not exceeding ten birds (ii) exceeding ten birds ( d) For a certificate in respect of animals other than those provided for in paragraphs (a) to (c), including cattle, buffalo, mules, asses, dogs and cats .. . 25.00 10.00 20.00 50.00 20.00 ( e) For an endorsement of a certificate... 5.00 * These Regulations were made under section 12 of the Diseases of Animals Ordinance (now repealed) and contmue m torce by v1rtue ot seclton :l!J(j) ot the lnterpretahon Act (Ch. j:01).
