C T FISHERIES MANAGEMENT (PROCESSING AND EXPORT)(AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2010 Fisheries Management (Processing and Export)(Amendment) Regulations 2010 Arrangement of Regulations to Page 3 C T FISHERIES MANAGEMENT (PROCESSING AND EXPORT)(AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2010 Arrangement of Regulations Regulation 1 Short Title .............................................................................................................. 4 2 Schedule II Amended ............................................................................................. 4 Regulation 1 Fisheries Management (Processing and Export)(Amendment) Regulations 2010 Page 4 V01 to C T FISHERIES MANAGEMENT (PROCESSING AND EXPORT)(AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2010 FISHERIES MANAGEMENT ACT 2002 IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 101 of the Fisheries Management Act 2002, the Minister for Fisheries, makes the following Regulations — 1 Short Title These Regulations may be cited as the Fisheries Management (Processing and Export)(Amendment) Regulations 2010. 2 Schedule II Amended Schedule II of the Fisheries Management (Processing and Export) Regulations 2008 is amended by deleting the fee for the fish export licence of Bech-de-mer, “$2500” and replacing it with “$25,500”. Made at Nuku’alofa this 6th day of October 2010. Minister for Fisheries
