AN ACT Tonga. No. 18 of 2009. TO REPEAL THE CONTINENTAL SHELF ACT BE IT ENACTED by the King and Legislative Assembly of Tonga in the Legislature of the Kingdom as follows: 1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Continental Shelf (Repeal) Act 2009. (2) This Act shall come into force on the same day as the Maritime Zones Act 2009. 2. The Continental Shelf Act (Cap. 63) is hereby repealed. Passed in the Legislative Assembly this 29 day of October, 2009. I assent, PRINCESS SALOTE PILOLEVU TUITA, 20th January, 2010 GEORGE TUPOU V, 30th October, 2009 HRH PRINCESS SALOTE PILOLEVU TUITA 13th August, 2009.
