To submit the application to Hukumat. 2· Hukumat transfers the application to the committee on land resources and land management. 3· After consideration and choice of a land plot the Committee submit statement to Hukumat. 4· Conducting a general meeting, approval of the Charter, the Constituent contract, heads of farms, sketches of a seal and a stamp. 5· Representation of all documents to the Department of justice for receiving the Certificate (act) of legal expertise. 6· Hukumat makes a decision, which reflects basic provisions of functioning and privileges for dehkan farms. 7· The Committee on ground resources and land management gives out the License or the Certificate on the right for life inherited possession of the land plot. 8· To register dehkan farm in a notary's office and to receive the Certificate on registration, copies of all documents should be attested in a notary’s office too. 9· Registration in a regional statistical department (reception of codes): · a copy of the Charter and the Constituent contract · a copy of the Certificate 10· Registration in city or district statistical management: · a copy of the Charter and the Constituent contract · a copy of the Certificate 11· Receiving a permission in Hukumat to make a seal and an angular stamp according to the sketch: · a copy of the Charter and the Constituent contract · a copy of the Certificate · the sketch of a seal and an angular stamp · the personal leaf of the head of the farm with a photo 12· Receiving a permission in the Department of Internal Affairs to make a seal and an angular stamp according to the sketch: · the letter – permission from Hukumat for making a seal · the sketch of a seal and an angular stamp 13· To make a seal and an angular stamp in a printing house. 14· To open the settlement account: · a card of regional and city (district)l statistical department (copy) · a copy of the Charter and the Constituent contract (attested in a notary's office) · a copy of the Certificate (attested in a notary's office) · a letter of appointment of the farm head and the chief accountant 15· To register in the State tax inspection: · the Decision of Hukumat (copy) · a copy of the Charter and the Constituent contract (attested in a notary's office) · a copy of the Certificate (attested in a notary's office) · a card of regional and city (district) statistical department (copy) · minutes of the meeting 16· To register in the Social Protection Fund: · a copy of the Charter and the Constituent contract · a copy of the Certificate 17· If necessary to open the currency bank account: · a copy of the Charter and the Constituent contract · the minutes of the meeting · the letter of appointment of the farm head and the chief accountant · a copy of the Certificate
