DECREE OF THE SOVIET OF MINISTERS OF THE REPUBLIC OF TAJIKISTAN ON STATE VETERINARY SER-YICE OF THE REPUBLIC OF TAJIKISTAN ON PROTECTION OF THE TERRITORY OF TAJIKISTAN FROM DRIFT OF INFECTIOUS AND OTHER ILLNESSES OF ANIMALS OF THE FOREIGN STATES With the purposes of effective realization of state veterinary supervision on protection the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan from drift of infectious and other illnesses of animals of the foreign states, the Soviet of Ministers of the Republic of Tajikistan decrees: 1. To assign to Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reform of the Republic of Tajikistan the responsibility for organization of the state veterinary control in points of the passing through the state border of the Republic of Tajikistan and protection of the territory of the Republic of . Tajikistan from drift of infectious and other illnesses of animals of the foreign states and maintenance of veterinary well-being of animal husbandry. 2. To approve an applied Regulation on State Veterinary Service of the Republic of Tajikistan on Protection of the Territory of Tajikistan from Drift of Infectious and Other Illnesses of Animals of the Foreign States. 3. To order Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reform of the Republic of Tajikistan together with Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tajikistan, State Committee of the Republic of Tajikistan on National Security, State Customs Committee of the Republic of Tajikistan, Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Tajikistan, Group Boundary Forces of Russian Federation in the Republic of Tajikistan, Ministry of Motor Transport of the Republic of Tajikistan and executive committees of regional, urban and district Soviets of the people deputies to develop and to carry out a complex of state measures on amplification of protection of the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan from drift of infectious and other illnesses of animals, switching especially dangerous anthropozoonoz (common for animals and people), from the foreign states, to provide duly revealing, localization and liquidation of them in the centers of primary occurrence. 4. To order.
