Syrian Arab Republic Ministry of Agriculture & Agrarian Refonn ~ ':, Resolution No. 13~fr* In accordance with the provisions stipulated in the Legislative Decree No. 30 dated 25 August 1964 concerning the protection of aquatic life, and on the basis of Resolution No. 460 for the year 1965 on fishing regulations in the brackish waters, as well as upon proposal of the Public Establishment for Fisheries, The Minister of Agriculture & Agrarian Refonn has decided the following: Article 1 Article No.9 from Resolution 460 of 1965 shill be amended as follows: "Sea fishlng shall be prohlblted by means of drag nets as from 15 May untll August each year." Article 2 Article No, 11.( 3rd paragraph, 1st type) from Resolution No. 460 shall be amended as follows; "The nets dragged by means of boats or more ; are not allowed for use at a depth less than 25 meters." < . Article 3 This resolution shall be published and communicated to whoever may be bound to comply with its , provisions. .. ,I Damascus 10 September 1978.. ~.
