The insect-infested consignment within the above mentioned rations is subject lo a· process of sterilization for extermination of the i11ksti11g 1-,cst prior to allowing its use under the supervision of /\gricnl111ral Qnara11tinc excluding vegetables and fresh fruit. Plour~ imported rnr=: co11s11111plion is subject to the foll()wing rations: Flour: A consignment of imported flour will be-.. allowed. entry if the ration of liv ... ing insect infestation or mites (halam) or various stages (egg ... larva - pupa - adult) docs not exceed 111 its entirety 15 living insects per 50 kilograms (the weight of 7 each sack) and is subject to sterilization and ex1cr111i11atio11 of -lhc infesting inst~cts. If the -pcrccn-tagc-:- exceeds 15 living insccfa and 5 dead i11sc-cts or any of their singes in one sack (50· kilograms) then the consignment is 1·cfused. Exempted from these rations arc imported consignments, such as seeds~ for the Slate according to specific agricultural health conditions prepared with the knowledge of the Ministry and subject to all appl:icable inspections.
