No. S 253 COVID-19 (TEMPORARY MEASURES) ACT 2020 (ACT 14 OF 2020) COVID-19 (TEMPORARY MEASURES) ACT 2020 (COMMENCEMENT) NOTIFICATION 2020 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(7) of the COVID-19 (Temporary Measures) Act 2020, the Minister for Health makes the following Notification: 1. This Notification is the COVID-19 (Temporary Measures) Act 2020 (Commencement) Notification 2020. 2. Part 7 (except section 34(1) and (2)) of the COVID-19 (Temporary Measures) Act 2020 comes into operation on 8 April 2020. Made on 7 April 2020.
