AGRI-FOOD AND VETERINARY AUTHORITY ACT (CHAPTER 5) AGRI-FOOD AND VETERINARY AUTHORITY (CERTIFICATION MARK) (NO. 2) NOTIFICATION 2004 ARRANGEMENT OF PARAGRAPHS Paragraph 1. Citation and commencement 2. Certification Mark The Schedule In exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 (q) of the Agri-Food and Veterinary Authority Act, the Agri-Food and Veterinary Authority hereby makes the following Notification: Citation and commencement 1. This Notification may be cited as the Agri-Food and Veterinary Authority (Certification Mark) (No. 2) Notification 2004 and shall come into operation on 23rd April 2004. Certification Mark 2.
