1996 ED] PLANT PROTECTIONACT Sections 3 and 7 of Cap 171 *Plant Pests (Amendment of Schedule A and Infected Areas) Notice [CAP 171A SI. 65 of 1995 I, This Notice may be cited as the Plant Pests (Amendment of ScheduleA and Infected Area) Notice. 2. Schedule A of the Plant Pests Act is hereby amended by inserting after item (6) the following item "(7) Haplographium Calophylli affecting the Takamaka Tree". Citation Amendment of Schedule of A ofCap. 171 3. The islands of the Seychelles Archipelago, set out in Part 1 of I"I...ud Areas Schedule 1 of the Constitution are hereby declared to be infected with the disease Hapk,..rraphium Calophylli affecting the Takamaka Tree. * Continued in force under section17of Cap 171A 1
