SI 79 2025 - Land Reclamation (Retrospective Authority) (No 2) Order 2025 Land Reclamation Actth[14 October 2025] 352 SUPPLEMENT TO OFFICIAL GAZETTEREPUBLIC OF SEYCHELLES SI S.I. 79 of 2025 (Cap 106) Land Reclamation (Retrospective Authority) (No.2) Order, 2025 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Land Reclamation Act, read with the Transfer of Statutory Functions (Land Reclamation) Order, 2023, the Minister responsible for lands makes the following Order — Citation 1. This Order may be cited as the Land Reclamation (Retrospective Authority) (No.2) Order, 2025. Retrospective Authority 2. Retrospective Authority is hereby given for the reclamation of the area specified in the following Schedule — SCHEDULE The reclaimed area of approximately 3514 square metres situated at La Passe, La Digue bounded — (a) on the northern side by parcel LD607; (b) on the eastern side by parcels LD752, LD753, LD754; (c) on the South by parcels LD2423 and LD897; and (d) on the western side by the sea.
