[9th September 2013] Supplement to Official Gazette 1233 S.I. 63 of 2013 ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION ACT (Cap 71) Environment Protection (Impact Assessment) . (Amendment) Regulations, 2013 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 40 of the Environment Protection Act, 1994 the Minister of Environment and Energy hereby makes the following Regulations 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Environment Protection (Impact Assessment) (Amendment) Regulations, 2013. 2. The Environment Protection (Impact Assessment) Regulations, 1996 is amended by inserting in Schedule 2(B) Mahe: between the words "Roche Caiman, Bird Sanctuary." and "Endangered birds nesting Areas." the word "Bel Ombre and Port Glaud". MADE this 3rd day of September, 2013 ROLPHPAYET MINISTER OF ENVIRONMENT AND ENERGY Citation Amendment of S.l. 39 of 1996
