1 CONSOLIDATED TO 30 JUNE 2012 LAWS OF SEYCHELLES CHAPTER 48 CONTROL OF SLAUGHTERING OF CATTLE ACT SUBSIDIARY LEGISLATION SECTION 6 THE CONTROL OF SLAUGHTERING OF CATTLE REGULATIONS [4th September, 1961] ARRANGEMENT OF REGULATIONS 1. Citation. 2. Prescribed authority. 3. Application of Act. 1. These regulations may be cited as the Control of Slaughtering of Cattle Regulations. 2. The authority by whom permits may be issued for the slaughter of cattle under the Act shall be the Chief Agricultural Officer. 3. The Act shall apply only to the islands of Mahé, Praslin and La Digue. S.I. 56 of 1961 S.I 104 of 1975
