Mail Exchanges [17th October 2014] Supplement to Official Gazette 1597 S.I. 81 of 2014 ANIMAL AND PLANT BIOSECURITY ACT, 2014 (Act 10 0/2014) Animal and Plant Biosecurity (Designation of Biosecurity Points of Entry and Departure) Regulations, 2014 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 137 read with section 59( 1) and (2) of the Animal and Plant Biosecurity Act, 2014, the Minister of Natural Resources makes the following Regulations 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Animal and Citation Plant Biosecurity (Designation of Biosecurity Points of Entry and Departure) Regulations, 2014. 2. as The places described in the Schedule are designated (a) biosecurity points of entry at which the regulated articles may enter into Seychelles; and (b) biosecurity points of departure from which regulated articles may leave Seychelles. SCHEDULE' (Regulation 2) BIOSECURITY POINTS OF ENTRY AND DEPARTURE 1.
