43 SUPPLEMENT to the Solomon Islands Gazette Monday 8th March, 2010 S.I. No.11 11.cgal Notice No. 131 SOLOMON ISLANDS WATER AUTHORITY ACT (Cap. 130) SOLOMON ISLANDS WATER AUTHORITY (ROVE WATER SUPPLY CATCHMENT AREA) ORDER 2009 IN exercise of the powers confened upon me by section 18 of the Solomon Islands Water Authority Act, and on the recommendation of the Authority, I make this Order I. This Order may be cited as the Solomon Islands Water Authority (Rove Water Supply Catchment Area) Order 2009 and commences on the date of publication in the Gazette. 2. The Act (including the SIWA (Catchment Areas) Regulations) shall apply to the area set out in the Schedule as the Rove Water Supply Catchment Area.
