Mines and Minerals Amendment Regulations 1999 (L.N. No. 19 of 1999)

2. Regulation 68(4) of the Mines and Minerals Regulations" (hercbyafter referred to as the "principal Regulation) is hereby amended by deleting the word "captious' and substituting therefor the word "capricious".
